I get depressed when I think about the complete disregard Bush and his administration have shown toward the environment and the scientific research community in general.
But then I get psyched when I read about groups like the Center for Biological Diversity, based in Tucson, Arizona, who are suing the Interior Department over the Endangered Species Act. They are bringing the court challenge to get some animals upgraded on the endangered list, covered by the Act, and to get some others back on.
