I was intrigued by all the recent posts about “HIMEOBS” and started asking the Googles what it’s all about. I didn’t find anything useful except a few urban legends, but when I came home from work, there was a crater where my house used to be. Pinned to the charred wreckage that used to be the post for my mailbox, I found the the attached note.

Can somebody help me? I think I’m in over my head!

Volunteers needed to clean up waste created by an accident during a HIMEOBS operation. Please bring: heavy gloves, rags, antiseptic, toothbrush, positive attitude, gas mask, ear plugs. We are in need of volunteers who know how to work with animals covered with slime and gore.

Accident has not yet occured, but likely will take place at some point between the specified hours. The cleanup crew needs to be at ready and at attention in case of disaster.
